Day 173
Lately I've been wanting to get an umbrella because I don't have one. Today, I finally took the plunge and bought one at Target! Of course, it had to be cute, so with my brother's help we decided this would be the one for me. Zach helped to show it off in these pictures! :)
Day 172
My family enjoyed this amazing Brucshetta with homemade pesto for a yummy appetizer, kudos to our good friend Sheryl. :)
Day 171
Today my good friend Holly & I went out to Asheville for a fun day. We went to "Mela" Indian Cuisine for lunch and it was FAB-ulous! :)
Day 170
Happy Father's Day!!!! Today everything was really relaxed. My whole family went to see "Toy Story 3" downtown & then joined our friends the Hardy's for a Father's Day Dinner! I made these yummy "Tuxedo Brownies!!!" They're fun & super easy to make, a recipe by Pampered Chef.

Day 168 & 169
These past two days have been consumed with Nick & Crystal's wedding! They are both A-mazing people and I am honored to have been the person to capture their special day. <3
Day 167
I was in the front yard of my house admiring the landscaping that my parents have done and I loved the way that the sun was hitting this flower from behind. :) It made me happy!
Day 166
Tonight I was hanging out with my little brother catching fireflies! It inspired me to play around with my camera and see if I couldn't do something fun that involved light. With my help, Zach took this picture of me making a heart with two flashlights. I LOVE the way this turned out.
Day 165
Last day on Mackinac. What an incredible weekend full of knowledge, technique and skill! It was great to connect to other photographers and make some new friends. This was an experience that I will never forget! :)
Day 164
This was one of the lights in the hallway of my hotel. I just LOVED how this looked and I couldn't resist grabbing a shot. So much fun. :)
Day 163
Mackinac=amazing. Already I had learned SO much that I couldn't wait to apply to my work in the future!!
Day 162
Second day on Mackinac Island! So far everything had been fantastic. I just couldn't miss a shot of the bridge while I was there!
Day 161
Today started an awesome weekend on Mackinac Island! One of our first assignments was to get pictures of smiling faces....but not of people. I was having a really hard time with this project and wasn't completely happy with the images that I had taken so far. So, on my way to the condo to meet with everyone I saw this on the ground. It couldn't have been more amazing! :)
